Oversee and manage works across SEMD Projects in the South East alongside the Site Manager.

Supervise Security, Civil & electrical installations in accordance with BS7671 and Bridges Health & Safety Rules and Essential Standards.
Ensure all items are installed to the highest standards, in compliance with the project’s quality plan and inspection and test plans.
Follow and actively promote the STAR dynamic risk assessment and stop work should unsafe circumstances arise.
Coach and mentor Site staff, including Electricians, Electrical Improvers/Mates and Apprentices.
Promote and demonstrate the Bridges’ values when dealing with peers, staff, customers and clients.
Promote positive health and well-being amongst peers.
Act in a professional manner and be an ambassador for Bridges, supporting business goals and maintaining the company’s positive reputation.

CSCS/ECS gold card (essential)
SSSTS / SMSTS (essential)
Experience as a Site Supervisor, managing and overseeing MEICA or security projects.
Experience within water / heavy industrial industries.
Appropriate City & Guilds trade Qualification.
Fit to work medical (can be completed upon starting employment).
Will need to pass BPSS screening.
