About the Role

As a New Client Onboarding Advisor Associate, your focus is the client experience: making onboarding clear and efficient. You will own the end-to-end onboarding journey, setting clear documentation requirements, keeping clients and bankers informed, and ensuring full compliance with AML and KYC standards. You’ll gain exposure to complex client structures and the way wealth is managed at the highest level, while building transferable skills that can support a career across operations, client service and product.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver a seamless onboarding experience for clients and bankers by owning the end-to-end account opening journey from first request through to readiness to trade.
  • Guide clients through documentation, advising internal and external stakeholders on what’s needed and reviewing legal, tax and account-opening documents to meet regulatory and internal requirements.
  • Ensure AML/KYC requirements are completed accurately and on time by capturing due diligence in relevant systems, maintaining accurate client profiles, and driving completion at the start of the relationship.
  • Apply strong judgement on risk by assessing complex client structures, flagging issues early, and escalating to Compliance where required.
  • Act as the onboarding SME, translating requirements into practical next steps for client-facing teams and staying current on regulatory and policy changes.

Requirements

  • Fluent in English (written and spoken).
  • AML/KYC experience, or a 2:1 degree (or above) in any discipline.
  • Clear, confident communicator with strong attention to detail; able to advise and influence clients, bankers and internal partners.
  • Highly organized and analytical, able to priorities effectively and apply a structured approach to problem-solving and decision-making.
  • Strong risk and controls mindset, able to spot issues early, think laterally and articulate the wider context and impact.
  • Client-focused and delivery-driven, comfortable working at pace, managing multiple onboarding requests and maintaining momentum through to completion.
  • Collaborative and consultative, able to navigate a complex organization, understand stakeholder needs and proactively drive solutions.

Skills

  • Additional languages (advantageous): French, German, Russian, Spanish, Arabic, Greek or a Nordic language.

Education Level

  • 2:1 degree (or above) in any discipline

Benefits

  • Global exposure
  • Accelerated learning
  • Meaningful work from day one
  • Culture of excellence: a collaborative, intellectually rigorous environment that rewards initiative and curiosity
