About the Role

Drive digitalization projects in production, from strategic conception to successful implementation. Design, plan, and realize future Smart Plants with holistic approaches for sustainable execution. Work in international project teams and support transformation processes using modern project management methods. Requirements

Outstanding degree in (Business) Engineering, Computer Science, Economics, or a comparable field of study
Ideally, initial professional or project experience in the digital production environment within Manufacturing, Process Industry, Life Sciences, or Management Consulting
Enthusiasm for digital production strategies, innovative technologies, and the combination of technological understanding, strategic analysis, and implementation strength
High motivation, reliability, and team spirit, as well as strong presentation and moderation skills
Very good MS Office skills
Excellent German and English language skills
