About the Role

The London EDITION is seeking a driven, diligent, and friendly Housekeeping Supervisor to join their team. This role involves coordinating housekeeping efforts, inspecting guest rooms, and managing room assignments to ensure quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Act as a liaison to coordinate the efforts of Housekeeping, Engineering, Front Office, and Laundry
• Prepare, distribute, and communicate changes in room assignments
• Inspect guest rooms, public areas, etc. after being cleaned by Housekeeper to ensure quality standards
• Run sold room reports, verify room status, determine discrepant rooms, prioritize room cleaning, and update status of departing guest rooms

Requirements

• Welcome and acknowledge all guests according to company standards
• Anticipate and address guests’ service needs
• Develop and maintain positive working relationships with others
• Listen and respond appropriately to the concerns of other employees
• Ensure adherence to quality expectations and standards
