About the Role
As part of the City Patrol team, you will ensure safety and order in Berlin's residential areas, actively experiencing the city rather than being stationed at a fixed location.
Responsibilities
- Conducting control and patrol rounds in residential and commercial areas
- Patrolling the deployment area on foot and with modern service vehicles
- Acting as a point of contact for residents, clients, and visitors
- Identifying and reporting security-relevant incidents
- Enforcing house rights and de-escalating conflict situations
- Implementing preventive measures to avoid disturbances and criminal offenses
- Documenting events and incidents
Requirements
- Security check according to § 34a GewO (or equivalent qualification)
- Very good German language skills, both written and spoken
- Driver's license class B (advantageous)
- Confident demeanor and assertiveness
- Reliability, teamwork, and sense of responsibility
- Willingness to work shifts
