About the Role

Diagnostics & Genomics is planning to grow further with production sites in the USA, UK, Germany, and Denmark. We supply our diverse customer base in the fields of molecular diagnostics, pharma/biotech, and agrogenomics with mission-critical genomics. Our integrated portfolio of products, services, and expertise supports our goal of 'Science for a Safer World'. We have put our mission into practice by collaborating with our customers, enabling research for life-changing treatments for diseases and ailments worldwide. Responsibilities

Performing PCR on DNA samples according to established protocols
Performing DNA extractions from various sample types
Utilizing Laboratory Information Management Systems (LIMS) for tracking and managing sample workflows
Working according to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and ensuring high quality standards in all processes according to ISO:9001
Operating robotic systems for sample handling and processing
Clear and precise project documentation

Requirements

Biology-oriented degree
Knowledge in molecular biology, especially DNA methodologies is desirable
Independent, flexible, and responsible work style
High level of teamwork and communication skills
Good German and English language skills
