We are looking for a motivated individual to join our small but dynamic team in Berlin as a Rental Manager. This role is crucial for managing our real estate portfolio and ensuring successful rentals.
Responsibilities
- You are responsible for the new and re-rental of your real estate portfolio and acquire prospective tenants.
- You create property brochures and presentations for all media, conduct viewings, and negotiate contracts.
- You monitor the real estate market and develop targeted rental strategies.
- Collaboration with our administration and construction department is an important part of your daily work.
Requirements
- You have completed vocational training as a commercial clerk and possess solid sales experience; experience in the real estate industry is advantageous.
- You are experienced in negotiating rental agreements and bringing them to a successful conclusion.
- You are decisive and resolutely implement issues within the team.
