About the Role

GoMedicus is building Germany's first digital primary care provider, integrating practices, telemedicine, and B2B health channels powered by proprietary technology. We are expanding from approximately 150 to over 400 employees and from 17 to over 40 practices. This position is based at the 310KLINIK in Nuremberg, a specialized hospital within our network focusing on surgery and classified as a highly specialized Level F care facility. You will perform prostheses surgeries using state-of-the-art equipment in a facility where radiology and nuclear medicine are co-located, enabling rapid decision-making from imaging to treatment. You will work within a supportive, family-like team and enjoy excellent facilities.

Responsibilities

  • Perform primary knee and hip endoprosthetic surgeries.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to determine indications and procedures.
  • Manage patients from initial indication through to post-operative care.
  • Conduct indication consultations.
  • Provide patient care during inpatient stays and follow-up.
  • Develop surgical standards and treatment pathways.
  • Collaborate closely with anesthesia, radiology, and nuclear medicine departments.
  • Contribute to the digital infrastructure, including documentation and AI-driven processes.

Requirements

  • Board certification in Orthopedics and Trauma Surgery with German medical license (Approbation).
  • Solid surgical experience in knee and hip endoprosthetics.
  • Excellent German language skills, both written and spoken.
