About the Role
We are a dynamic consulting team dedicated to developing and implementing lean, digital, and sustainable financial and administrative solutions for startups. We act as an external finance office, covering the entire spectrum of finance topics, from accounting to BI reporting. We are looking for you to strengthen our accounting team of 5 members!
Responsibilities
- Support ongoing financial accounting for our clients using modern, digital tools like BuchhaltungsButler
- Gain insights into our client projects and gradually take on your own tasks
- Process business transactions in the general and subsidiary ledger
- Contribute to the optimization of internal processes and tools
Requirements
- Currently pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Auditing, Tax Law, Economics, or a comparable field of study
- Initial practical experience in accounting or finance is advantageous, but not required
- Interest in digital business models and modern financial processes
- Quick comprehension and high willingness to learn
- Precise and conscientious work approach
- Fluent German and good English language skills
