About the Role
Packford Opticians is seeking a part-time Experienced Optical Assistant to join their team 3 days a week. This role focuses on delivering outstanding patient care in a community-focused, independent practice. Responsibilities
- Support patients with frame styling, lens choices, fittings, adjustments, and aftercare.
- Offer tailored product knowledge based on individual visual and lifestyle needs.
- Assist in managing complex prescriptions with team support.
- Undertake day-to-day practice tasks.
- Contribute to the upkeep of displays and equipment.
- Serve as a friendly and reliable point of contact for patients and colleagues.
- Build long-lasting patient relationships.
- Contribute to shaping patient care and delivering an exceptional patient experience.
Requirements
- Previous experience working in optics is ideal.
- Must be able to work Saturdays.
- Requires working Saturdays.
