About the Role

Responsibilities

• Serve customers on the trade counter by understanding their specific needs and providing product recommendations.
• Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email promptly and courteously, with a proactive attitude.
• Provide support to the Technical team with quotes and email inquiries.

Requirements

• Previous face-to-face customer service experience.
• Trade counter or office experience.
• Ability to be a team player and assist in all areas to ensure the smooth running of the branch.
• Eagerness to learn, with a positive and enthusiastic attitude and a strong work ethic.
