Responsibilities
- Provide technical sales and expert advice.
- Process customer orders via phone or email.
- Build strong customer relationships and seek new business through proactive sales calls.
- Collaborate closely with the external sales team.
Requirements
- Experience working at a trade counter or in a front-facing role is essential.
- Proven experience in a sales or customer service role.
- Excellent communication skills and confidence in customer interactions.
- Dependable team player, prepared to support in all branch areas with a strong work ethic.
- Eagerness to learn with a positive and enthusiastic attitude.
Skills
- Technical knowledge on Pipe and Climate products (beneficial, not essential)
