About the Role
We are seeking a Leasing Manager (m/f/d) for our residential and commercial properties to join our leasing team as soon as possible.
Responsibilities
- Independent leasing of residential and commercial properties and parking spaces in the existing portfolio
- Development and implementation of leasing strategies to reduce vacancies
- Management of the entire leasing process
- Preparation and negotiation of lease agreements in coordination with management and the legal and technical departments
- Creation of calculations, decision proposals, and reports, as well as data maintenance
- Market and competitor observation, as well as maintenance and expansion of the network with tenants, brokers, and business partners
- Organization of handovers and acceptances
Requirements
- Several years of experience in commercial leasing
- Good knowledge of lease management and residential property processes
- Confident use of MS Office and common applications
- Structured, independent way of working and strong communication skills
- Very good German language skills
- Valid driver's license Class B
