About the Role

We are Una, a mission-driven company tackling the growing challenge of metabolic diseases. By combining cutting-edge medical research, AI, biosensor technology, and user-centered design, we are developing the first digital therapy to sustainably solve metabolic disorders. We are supported by excellent investors and are at an exciting time to join our rapidly growing and ambitious team to significantly shape the company's future. We are seeking an experienced team member (m/f/d) to immediately strengthen our team in full-time. You will lead the execution of clinical studies and collaboration with renowned academic institutions, supporting us in continuously developing our solutions.

Responsibilities

Support the validation and continuous development of our innovative digital therapy, and scientifically prepare our evidence base with the goal of sustainably improving care and prevention in metabolic diseases.
Lead and coordinate clinical studies (RCTs, RWE) to investigate our digital therapies for metabolic diseases.
Collaborate closely with our academic partners, study centers, and external service providers (e.g., CROs) in conducting studies.
Collaborate internally with interdisciplinary teams to develop innovative digital health solutions.
Analyze and interpret scientific data to support approvals, product development, and communication to the medical community.
Support the creation of scientific publications and presentations.
Monitor regulatory requirements and ensure all projects comply with legal requirements.

Requirements

Completed studies in medicine, biology, health sciences, pharmacy (or a comparable field) or a specific qualification in clinical research.
Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in planning and conducting clinical studies (RCTs, RWE) in the pharmaceutical, medtech, or DiGA environment.
Demonstrable strength in selecting, managing, and negotiating budgets/timelines with CROs and study centers.
Solid knowledge of the regulatory environment (MDR, DiGAV) and GCP.
Fluent in spoken and written German and English.
Highly organized, proactive, and self-reliant.
Pragmatic approach to challenges to implement topics quickly and achieve direct impact.
Communicative and empathetic.
Ability to coordinate various stakeholders.
