About the Role
We are seeking a Senior Business Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate brings 4+ years’ Business Analysis experience within insurance (London Market exposure highly desirable, not essential). You will join the team at an exciting time and translate business needs into clear, testable specifications, providing examples and clarifications as required. You will work on various initiatives including client projects and product development activities working closely with UI/UX, Engineering, QA, Product Owners and other key stakeholders. You will also mentor junior BAs, providing day‑to‑day guidance, constructive feedback, and sharing best practice across the BA community.
Responsibilities
- Translate business needs into clear, testable specifications.
- Provide examples and clarifications as required.
- Work on client projects and product development activities.
- Collaborate closely with UI/UX, Engineering, QA, Product Owners and other key stakeholders.
- Mentor junior BAs, providing day-to-day guidance and constructive feedback.

Requirements
