About the Role

As a (Junior) Sales Executive, you will be a fully integrated member of the sales team, reporting directly to the Team Lead Sales. You will advise and successfully close deals with pre-qualified, "warm" contacts (leads) from our CRM system. Your goals will be adjusted step-by-step to your experience level.

Responsibilities

  • Contact SME customers by phone, build a trusting relationship, and guide them through the entire loan application process.
  • Continuously process qualified leads from our CRM (Salesforce) and keep your sales pipeline flowing.
  • Clearly and convincingly explain our partners' financing options to customers.
  • Learn the credit market from the ground up and develop into an expert for modern SME financing products.
  • Support coordination and processes with our credit partners.
  • Keep customer information in Salesforce up to date.
  • Utilize team exchange to learn daily and share your own best practices.

Requirements

  • Ideally 1-2 years of experience in sales, customer service, or proven success in student jobs/internships with customer contact.
  • Enjoy phone calls, active listening skills, and an excellent feel for people.
  • Hungry to learn, gratefully accept feedback, and want to develop personally and professionally.
  • Maintain an overview even with many parallel tasks and work results-oriented.
  • Fluent, business-fluent German language skills and good English language skills.
  • A successfully completed degree (e.g., Business Administration, Economics, Communication) or a commercial apprenticeship is a plus.
  • Initial contact with the finance, fintech, or startup world is a plus.
  • Motivation, willingness to learn, and drive are more important than a flawless CV.

Salary/Compensations

  • €55,000–€65,000 OTE (including attractive base salary and uncapped commission), depending on prior experience.
