About the Role

The Client Administrator will join the Client Admin Financial Planning team to provide comprehensive administrative support to Financial Planners while building strong client relationships to ensure a positive experience.

Responsibilities

  • Work closely with aligned Financial Planners to deliver excellent client outcomes
  • Build and maintain regular contact with clients
  • Liaise with operational teams regarding scripts, transfers, corporate actions, and static data changes
  • Prepare meeting packs and valuations as required
  • Maintain back-office systems and client records in accordance with company policies

Requirements

  • Proven experience in Financial Planning or Wealth Management
  • Experience in a client support or financial planner support role
  • Strong knowledge of financial products including ISAs, SIPPs, Pensions, Investments, and Bonds
  • Ambition to build a career within a financial services firm
  • Strong client service ethic
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to plan workload and demonstrate strong organizational skills
