About the Role
Moonfare delivers sought-after funds and investments in private markets, subjecting every opportunity to a rigorous vetting process to provide institutional-quality portfolios. We are seeking an Investor Relations Analyst to support Senior Investor Relations Managers, assist with client engagement, and provide insights to help clients achieve their financial goals.
Responsibilities
- Support the management and growth of relationships with key investment clients, ensuring exceptional service and engagement
- Take a proactive approach to investor portfolio management, including portfolio reviews
- Handle client objections effectively, addressing concerns and providing tailored solutions
- Conduct in-depth research on clients, industries, and markets to support strategic decision-making
- Support private equity fundraising efforts alongside one of the fastest-growing companies in a high-growth sector
- Prepare client reports, financial analyses, and presentations to strengthen relationship-building efforts
- Identify opportunities to enhance efficiency and improve internal processes
- Collaborate with internal teams (e.g. Account Management, Marketing, Product) to optimise client engagement
- Contribute to a collaborative and high-energy team environment, continuously learning and sharing knowledge
- Gradually take ownership of client relationships and build a portfolio of investors
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field
- 1–3 years of experience in client services, sales & relationship management, or financial services
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Excellent ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a hands-on approach and a willingness to learn
