About the Role
Provide administrative and sales support to financial advisers and their team to ensure clients receive a 5-star service from start to finish. Support clients after mortgage application submission by ensuring document compliance and liaising with lenders.
Responsibilities
- Check files to ensure all documents provided are compliant under FCA regulations.
- Liaise between lenders, solicitors, advisers, and clients.
- Act as the main point of contact for mortgage progression through to offer.
- Ensure the products selected remain the best for our client.
- Follow up and chase Mortgage Reviews.
- Organize calls for clients due for a remortgage to retain existing business.
- Generate 5-star Google reviews.
Requirements
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Well-spoken with excellent knowledge of the English Language.
- Confident telephone manner.
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize and organize own workload.
- Ability to work under extreme pressure to meet deadlines.
