About the Role

Provide administrative and sales support to financial advisers and their team to ensure clients receive a 5-star service from start to finish. Support clients after mortgage application submission by ensuring document compliance and liaising with lenders.

Responsibilities

  • Check files to ensure all documents provided are compliant under FCA regulations.
  • Liaise between lenders, solicitors, advisers, and clients.
  • Act as the main point of contact for mortgage progression through to offer.
  • Ensure the products selected remain the best for our client.
  • Follow up and chase Mortgage Reviews.
  • Organize calls for clients due for a remortgage to retain existing business.
  • Generate 5-star Google reviews.

Requirements

  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Well-spoken with excellent knowledge of the English Language.
  • Confident telephone manner.
  • Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize and organize own workload.
  • Ability to work under extreme pressure to meet deadlines.
