- Consulting and support of clients in the insurance sector
- Creation and processing of insurance offers and contracts
- Analysis and optimization of insurance solutions
- Execution of contract reviews and documentation
- Handling of claims and customer inquiries
- Collaboration with clients, insurers, and internal departments
Requirements
- Completed training as a Kaufmann for Insurance and Finance (m/f/d) or comparable qualification
- Experience in the insurance sector, ideally in commercial or industrial customer business
- Knowledge in contract processing and customer support
- Proficient in MS Office and digital applications
- Good German language skills, ideally English language skills
