About the Role
Join Agora Think Tanks as a student employee in Finance, gaining initial experience in finance/controlling and HR within an international context, contributing to socially relevant topics like climate neutrality.
Responsibilities
- Support the finance department with personnel and financial planning.
- Process invoices and manage payment lists.
- Review and document the allocation of personnel costs.
- Assist with audits and internal controls.
- Document processes in the intranet.
- Support the digitalization of processes.
- Perform general administrative tasks.
Requirements
- Currently pursuing a university degree (ideally Business Administration with a focus on Finance/Controlling and/or HR) and will remain enrolled for at least the next 12 months.
- Proficient in Excel and other MS Office applications.
- Systematic, reliable, and meticulous work approach.
- Proactive, team-oriented, and highly committed.
- Strong analytical skills for quick comprehension of issues.
- Fluent in German and English, both spoken and written.
