About the Role

Join Agora Think Tanks as a student employee in Finance, gaining initial experience in finance/controlling and HR within an international context, contributing to socially relevant topics like climate neutrality.

Responsibilities

  • Support the finance department with personnel and financial planning.
  • Process invoices and manage payment lists.
  • Review and document the allocation of personnel costs.
  • Assist with audits and internal controls.
  • Document processes in the intranet.
  • Support the digitalization of processes.
  • Perform general administrative tasks.

Requirements

  • Currently pursuing a university degree (ideally Business Administration with a focus on Finance/Controlling and/or HR) and will remain enrolled for at least the next 12 months.
  • Proficient in Excel and other MS Office applications.
  • Systematic, reliable, and meticulous work approach.
  • Proactive, team-oriented, and highly committed.
  • Strong analytical skills for quick comprehension of issues.
  • Fluent in German and English, both spoken and written.
