About the Role
We are seeking a Campaigns & Insights Project Manager to deliver high-quality campaigns, member communications, and insight-led content. This role involves coordinating projects from concept to delivery, transforming complex information into meaningful content to support members and shape campaign success.
Responsibilities
- Plan, coordinate, and deliver campaign and insight products, including reports, newsletters, briefings, and webinars.
- Manage projects from inception through to completion, ensuring smooth and effective delivery.
- Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, workflows, and content schedules.
- Coordinate contributions from internal teams and external stakeholders.
- Monitor project progress, identify risks, and keep projects on track.
- Support wider campaigning, events, and member engagement activities.
- Manage the directorate's planning grid and campaign pipeline.
- Produce clear, compelling content for member newsletters, reports, briefings, and campaign materials.
- Translate complex policy, research, or technical information into accessible and engaging messages.
- Edit and proofread content to ensure consistency, accuracy, and quality.
- Develop fresh ideas for content, storytelling, and audience engagement.
- Analyze research, surveys, and data to identify key messages and trends.
- Present findings through impactful narratives, charts, and visual content.
- Support evidence-based campaigns and recommendations.
- Ensure all insight products are accurate, credible, and well-sourced.
- Engage with members to gather feedback, case studies, and survey responses.
- Develop strong working relationships across teams and with external partners.
- Keep members informed and engaged through effective communications.
- Promote insight products and campaign outputs across the organisation.
- Identify opportunities to enhance campaign delivery, member engagement, and content quality.
- Stay up-to-date with best practices in project management, communications, and data storytelling.
Requirements
- Degree educated in an analytical discipline or relevant and demonstrable experience.
- Proven project management experience, ideally within a membership organisation, trade association, communications, or similar environment.
- Excellent writing and editing skills with the ability to create engaging content for different audiences.
- Strong analytical skills and confidence interpreting data and presenting insights clearly.
- Exceptional organisational and planning abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
- Strong stakeholder management and collaboration skills.
- A commitment to producing high-quality work and delivering results.
- Experience working in policy, public affairs, campaigning, or advocacy.
- Knowledge of digital communications tools, including e-news platforms, CMS systems, and analytics.
- Understanding of membership organisations and the value they provide to their members.
