About the Role

We build one of Germany’s most modern cloud-based platforms for medical practices, combining practice management software with AI-powered workflows. Fully serverless. Regulated. Real patients. Real impact. You are a Python backend engineer focused on innovation. You build and ship new systems quickly, evaluate emerging technologies pragmatically, and turn complex AI capabilities into reliable backend services used in production. You will work on AI-powered workflows, high-performance data pipelines, scalable architectures, automation, and serverless cloud systems in a fast-moving environment.

Responsibilities

Build high-impact backend systems and MVPs with fast iteration cycles
Develop AI-powered workflows using modern LLMs and cloud services
Build integrations around OCR, speech, and automation workflows
Scale high-throughput ETL pipelines in a highly regulated environment
Improve reliability, observability, and operational simplicity across systems
Contribute to technical direction and future platform capabilities
