About the Role
The Engine Supplier Management team oversees complex engine and material maintenance contracts and MRO services. This role supports maintenance operations through routine reporting, metric analysis, and the management of material processes including salvage, surplus, and recalls.
Responsibilities
- Perform routine reporting for analysis and metrics of shop turnaround times, volume impact, and budgetary requirements
- Maintain and distribute daily metrics and reports per organizational contract requirements
- Track and report daily, weekly, and monthly shop metrics including production and inductions
- Manage material processes including salvage, surplus, and material recall activities
- Track and manage part movement between process steps
- Support customer contract requirements including invoicing
- Track and report status on key project initiatives
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or 4 years of relevant work experience
- Strong working knowledge of Windows, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook
- 2 - 4 years of operational or analytical experience
- Ability to work in a fast-paced operational shop environment
- Ability to prioritize and make decisions
- Ability to perform with limited to moderate supervision
- Ability to make recommendations to streamline work and efficiency
- Legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship
- Successful completion of interview
