About the Role

As a ServiceNow Consultant at DXC, you will leverage your expertise to provide top-tier IT services. We lead Japanese SaaS best practices, offering global implementation proposals and customer-centric advice. Collaborate with DXC global teams and ServiceNow strategic partners to gain experience in large-scale ServiceNow projects. This role also offers opportunities to gain experience in integrating SaaS applications beyond ServiceNow, such as SAP, Salesforce, and Workday.

Responsibilities

Support problem-solving as a ServiceNow expert.
Assist in implementing SaaS best practices in collaboration with DXC global teams.
Propose next-phase initiatives and engage in continuous improvement activities for client companies.

Requirements

Over 2 years of experience in building, developing, and operating/maintaining ServiceNow solutions within a consulting firm or SIer.
Team leadership experience (3-10 members), including offshore members.
Ability to communicate smoothly with clients and internal/external related organizations.
Excellent communication and presentation skills in Japanese.
