About the Role
This role offers the opportunity to define how AI agents reshape work across a global enterprise, working at the intersection of business strategy, emerging technology, and human-centered design. You will partner with leaders across various departments to create the next generation of AI-powered experiences.
Responsibilities
- Design and orchestrate AI-powered workflows and autonomous agent experiences.
- Partner with business leaders to identify high-value opportunities and translate business challenges into agentic solutions.
- Create agent blueprints, workflow designs, requirements, and success metrics.
- Lead AI discovery workshops and map complex cross-functional processes.
- Evaluate emerging AI technologies, tools, and agent frameworks.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in business analysis, product management, consulting, process design, solution design, or a related role.
- Demonstrated ability to analyze complex business processes and translate them into structured requirements, workflows, or technology solutions.
- Strong facilitation and stakeholder management skills, with experience working directly with senior business and technology leaders.
- Experience with AI, automation, workflow platforms, or data-driven technologies.
- Excellent communication, storytelling, and problem-solving skills.
