About the Role
Manage a portfolio of top UK clients, focusing on retention and account growth. Analyze metrics, optimize campaigns, and cultivate strong client relationships to drive revenue and margins.
Responsibilities
- Managing, maintaining, and upselling post-sale communications with clients and internal stakeholders.
- Analyzing ad metrics, communicating issues internally, and serving as the client's primary point of contact.
- Monitoring and optimizing existing campaigns to increase revenue and margins.
- Cultivating strong and productive client relationships.
- Providing detailed and insightful reports in collaboration with internal support teams.
- Optimizing campaigns to enhance client performance.
- Planning, forecasting, and negotiating yearly budgets.
- Upselling new Criteo solutions.
- Providing top-level strategic account management to ensure retention and client satisfaction.
- Negotiating additional budgets and upselling new products.
- Developing and maintaining strong partnerships with clients at all levels, including C-level.
- Advising on clients' digital strategy and educating advertisers on Criteo’s technology.
- Optimizing accounts to improve advertiser performance and action growth opportunities.
- Analyzing performance metrics and KPIs to identify personalized solutions and ensure client goals are met.
- Creating personalized decks and presentations for quarterly meetings.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of direct industry experience in performance and branding based digital media.
- Experience with UK clients preferred.
- Experience with the Travel vertical is a plus.
- Strong communication and presentation skills in English, with persuasive verbal and written communication expertise.
- Proven track record of exceeding goals and contributing to team success.
- Good understanding of the digital advertising industry and competitive landscape.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to understand a complex technological environment.
- Strong organization, time management, and project management skills.
- Detail-oriented.
