About the Role

Join Accenture's IT/OT team within the Cloud Software Infrastructure Domain to develop innovative solutions in IoT, Industry 4.0, Cloud Computing, Connectivity, Robotics, or Machine Learning. You will create real added value for clients by developing innovative solutions from strategic planning and conception through design to implementation and operation. You will also support sales in identifying new business potential and offering sophisticated digital solutions to build sustainable customer relationships.

Responsibilities

Develop innovative IT/OT solutions and conceptualize technical architectures based on modern cloud platforms.
Create AI-based products and platforms, including LLM-based applications, RAG pipelines, or AI gateways.
Continuously expand skills in software architectures.
Coach and lead software development teams as a practically experienced expert.
Work in agile, international teams and take on project management responsibilities.

Requirements

Several years of professional experience in managing complex digitalization and transformation projects, ideally in the context of IoT, Industry 4.0, networked systems, or digital platforms.
Profound understanding of modern technology architectures such as IT/OT platforms, event streaming, cloud solutions, AI/ML, and digital ecosystems – with the ability to translate technological concepts into business value.
Experience in managing interdisciplinary teams, agile delivery models, and responsibility for project budgets, timelines, and results.
Knowledge of current developments in Generative AI, Agentic AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), RAG, and their application possibilities for optimizing business processes.
Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills at management level in German and English.
Project-related mobility.
