About the Role
Lead the vision, strategy, and execution of AI-native features and smart automation across Lano’s product suite, working at the intersection of product, engineering, and data science to transform international workforce operations.
Responsibilities
- Define and drive the vision, strategy, and execution for AI-native features and smart automation.
- Identify operational friction in global payroll and HR workflows and translate them into scalable product features.
- Work with Engineering, Data Science, Design, and Operations to prioritize, build, ship, and iterate on features.
- Understand user personas through continuous user research, customer feedback, and market analysis.
- Track key product metrics to ensure features drive bottom-line impact and customer value.
- Partner with Sales, Marketing, and Operations to ensure seamless rollouts, clear documentation, and enablement.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience as a Product Manager in a fast-paced B2B SaaS environment, shipping customer-facing digital products.
- Demonstrated understanding of applying AI/ML technologies (LLMs, NLP, structured data extraction, AI agents) to solve real business or workflow problems.
- Highly structured thinker with an ability to simplify complex data workflows and make data-informed decisions.
- Based in or willing to relocate to Berlin, Germany.
- Exceptional written and spoken business English.
