  • Provide scenario and sensitivity modelling for business scenarios such as Federal Budget changes or Home Guarantee Scheme changes.
  • Act as a subject matter expert on balance sheet momentum, including pipeline performance, channels, segments, geography and external benchmarking.
  • Develop reporting capabilities with Group data and partners, turning performance data into clear decision support.
  • Partner with Operations, Distribution and Finance on volume forecasts, targets and performance reporting.

Requirements

  • Strong experience in performance modelling, predictive or financial modelling, forecasting, analytics or portfolio performance management.
  • Financial services experience, ideally across Home Ownership, Mortgages, Product, Finance, Data Modelling or adjacent banking portfolios.

  • Ability to break down complex problems, identify opportunities and convert analysis into practical business recommendations.
  • Excellent verbal, written and presentation skills, with the ability to influence senior leaders and cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Ability to work autonomously with time pressure, shifting priorities and a dynamic operating environment.
  • Degree qualification in quantitative discipline such as data analysis, finance, accounting, economics, mathematics or a related field.
