About the Role

The Product Marketing Manager will shape Natterbox's market presence by translating product capabilities into compelling positioning, messaging, and content. This role bridges Product, Sales, and Marketing to ensure offerings are differentiated and effectively communicated, with a focus on the Financial Services sector.

Responsibilities

  • Own core product positioning and messaging across sales collateral, website, campaigns, and partner communications.
  • Lead product marketing for all verticals by developing sector-specific narratives, proof points, and competitive framing.
  • Create and maintain sales enablement assets including battlecards, pitch decks, ROI materials, and objection-handling content.
  • Plan and execute go-to-market launches for new features in coordination with Product, Sales, and Customer Success teams.
  • Monitor competitor positioning and market trends to inform sales strategies and campaign planning.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team on campaign messaging, case studies, and thought leadership to support pipeline generation.
  • Gather customer and prospect feedback to refine messaging and influence the product roadmap.

Requirements

  • Proven B2B SaaS product marketing experience, preferably in a scale-up or high-growth environment.
  • Strong written communication skills with the ability to simplify complex technical concepts.
  • Experience developing sales enablement content such as battlecards and pitch decks.
  • Ability to work effectively across cross-functional teams including Sales, Product, and Account Management.
  • Proficiency in using AI tools for research, drafting, and analysis.
  • Experience marketing to Financial Services or regulated sectors is desirable.
  • Familiarity with the Salesforce ecosystem or contact center/CX/telephony technology is desirable.
  • Experience working with Systems Integrators or channel partners is desirable.
