About the Role
As a Kitchen Team Leader, you will lead by example, ensuring the team has everything needed for smooth service. You will support your team by encouraging collaboration and maintaining high standards for every dish served.
Responsibilities
- Prepare, cook, and present food that meets specifications and customer expectations.
- Maintain hygiene and safety regulations in the kitchen.
- Deputize for the management team and resolve issues in their absence.
- Organize and coordinate the team during busy service periods.
Requirements
- Ability to work under pressure in a busy kitchen and collaborate as a team.
