About the Role

You will develop the platform on which all our software is created, and you will be its first and most demanding user. You will work directly with the founders to develop the technological foundation for our growth. This role involves building products and the platform that enables all product development.

Responsibilities

• Accompany new products from idea to productive use.
• Define product requirements, develop and validate hypotheses.
• Collaborate with founders to conceptualize flows, design interfaces, and iterate on designs.
• Develop initial versions with Coding Agents.
• Incorporate direct feedback from our practices and continuously improve.
• Continuously develop the core of our platform.
• Develop new Bounded Contexts, clean data modeling, auth flows, and integrations.
• Develop scalable architectures for multi-tenancy, security, and growth.
• Develop the tools used for product creation.
• Create clear API contracts, clean module boundaries, and reusable SDKs.
• Develop a design system for consistent appearance of new applications.
• Design the interface between our platform and Coding Agents.
• Develop skills, workflows, and standards for reliable AI software development.
• Define how Vibe Coding functions at meinphysio+.
• Make technical decisions jointly with the founders.
• Integrate architecture, product, and user experience considerations.
• Take responsibility for quality, maintainability, and long-term scalability.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in software engineering.
• Proven experience bringing products from idea to productive operation.
• Think in terms of user problems rather than tickets.
• Experience with APIs, domain modeling, authentication, and scalable architectures.
• Coding Agents are a natural part of your daily workflow.
• Understand the standards, documentation, and contracts AI needs for reliable software development.
• Comfortable navigating between product development and platform engineering.
• Work in a structured, self-reliant manner with strong execution capabilities.
• Question existing solutions and think entrepreneurially.
• Good German language skills and enjoy close collaboration with practice teams.
• Value ambition and proactively build solutions.
