Responsibilities

Develop and implement a group-wide education strategy for retail investors, from beginners to advanced.
Define clear objectives for content, formats, and channels (video, social, platform, newsletter series, academy).
Create diverse formats across various channels, including short how-tos and in-depth dives.
Manage the creation of high-quality financial content (e.g., market fundamentals, trading knowledge, product explanations).
Develop and expand a digital learning platform/academy.
Ensure consistent and regulatorily compliant communication within an execution-only context.
Collaborate closely with Marketing (Social Media, Affiliates, CRM).
Define and monitor relevant KPIs (e.g., engagement, conversion, retention).
Continuously optimize along the customer journey.
Build partnerships with influencers, media, universities, or educational platforms.
Manage external content and production partners.
Lead a growing team.
Coordinate closely with the Executive Board, Marketing, Product, and Compliance.
Prioritize and execute tasks effectively in a dynamic environment.

Requirements

Several years of experience in building or scaling education, content, or platform models, ideally in the financial sector.
Deep understanding of capital market products and retail investors.
Strong sense for current investment trend topics as well as evergreen topics.
Demonstrable experience in developing data-driven content strategies.
Strong understanding of digital channels (YouTube, Social Media, platforms, communities).
Experience in leading teams and cross-functional collaboration, as well as working with external agencies.
Entrepreneurial mindset with strong execution capabilities.
Very good written and spoken German and English skills.
