Responsibilities
- Manufacture semiconductor components in small and large series in a cleanroom.
- Set up, operate, and monitor semi- and fully automatic manufacturing systems.
- Independently resolve process and system malfunctions in the backend and support maintenance.
- Perform and evaluate process-related tests and final inspections.
- Test new and optimized process flows in close coordination with technology.
- Precisely document workflows and comply with occupational safety and environmental regulations.
Requirements
- Completed training as a microtechnologist, mechatronics technician, electronics technician for devices and systems, physics laboratory assistant, or chemistry laboratory assistant, or a comparable technical qualification.
- Several years of professional experience as, for example, a microtechnologist, semiconductor manufacturing operator, process operator in the semiconductor field, or semiconductor technician.
- Strong fine motor skills, as well as an analytical, systematic, and solution-oriented approach to troubleshooting.
- High reliability, quality awareness with strong communication skills.
- Willingness to work under cleanroom conditions and in a rotating 3-shift system from Monday to Friday.
- Native-level German language skills.
