Responsibilities
- Provide technical leadership and motivation to the shift team, including scheduling, team development, and performance reviews.
- Ensure smooth and timely production of semiconductor components in small and large batches according to technical specifications.
- Actively participate in the production area and independently resolve equipment and process issues.
- Prepare and follow up on maintenance work, and actively contribute to continuous improvement, preventive, and corrective actions.
- Maintain complete documentation of work results, ensure information flow, and conduct structured shift handovers.
- Monitor and adhere to quality standards, occupational safety and environmental regulations, and cleanroom protocols.
- Collaborate across departments with production segment management, technology, maintenance, quality assurance, and other shift supervisors.
Requirements
- Successfully completed technical training (e.g., Microtechnologist, Mechatronics Technician, Electronics Technician, Industrial Mechanic) with further qualification as a Master/Technician.
- Several years of professional experience as a Shift Supervisor, Deputy Shift Supervisor, Production Team Leader, Production Manager, or Equipment Operator in the semiconductor industry.
- Motivating, solution-oriented leadership style with strong communication skills, assertiveness, and knowledge of coaching techniques.
- Excellent fine motor skills, analytical and systematic working method, and high willingness to learn.
- Hands-on mentality, reliability, strong sense of responsibility, and enjoyment of teamwork.
- Willingness to work under cleanroom conditions and in a rotating 3-shift system from Monday to Friday.
- Native-level German language skills.
