About the Role

Responsibilities

  • Own and administer the enterprise security awareness platform, including training campaigns, phishing simulations, real-time coaching, user management, and platform optimization.
  • Design, execute, and analyze phishing, vishing, and smishing simulation campaigns to identify behavioral trends and drive targeted remediation.
  • Leverage data, analytics, and security telemetry to build human risk insights, dashboards, and reporting for leadership decision-making.
  • Partner with SOC and Threat Intelligence teams to translate threat intelligence into timely, people-focused awareness interventions.
  • Develop and maintain human risk registers, behavioral risk models, and reporting frameworks to prioritize security risks.
  • Contribute to awareness and capability roadmaps, shaping security culture initiatives across various programs.
  • Deliver engaging face-to-face and virtual security awareness sessions.
  • Support post-incident reviews by identifying human factors and translating lessons learned into practical awareness initiatives.
  • Collaborate with Security, Risk, HR, and Communications teams to ensure awareness campaigns are relevant and aligned with business priorities.
  • Champion a culture of continuous learning, security-minded decision-making, and proactive risk management.

Requirements

  • Relevant experience in cyber security, security awareness, IT operations, human risk management, or a related technical discipline.
  • Hands-on experience administering enterprise security awareness platforms and managing awareness campaigns in a large or complex organization.
  • Demonstrated ability to design, execute, and analyze phishing simulations and translate findings into targeted actions and measurable outcomes.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience building dashboards, reporting frameworks, and risk metrics that drive business decisions.
  • Ability to work with security operations, threat intelligence, and security telemetry data to identify and respond to behavioral risk trends.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts into meaningful business insights.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities across platform operations, awareness campaigns, and analytics activities.
  • Relevant qualifications in Cyber Security, Information Technology, Data Analytics, or a related discipline.
  • Industry certifications such as Security+, CISSP, or CISM are highly regarded.
  • Experience with SIEM platforms, threat intelligence feeds, behavioral analytics, or human risk quantification tools will be highly regarded.
