We are seeking a dynamic Senior Program Manager to support our Sr. Director of Environmental Sustainability in Procurement in shaping and executing long-term strategies for our Supplier Sustainability Program. You will play a vital role in strategic planning, budget management, and executive reporting, ensuring the program's success and alignment with key priorities. You will act as a strategic partner, facilitating cross-workstream collaboration and guiding project leads to achieve shared objectives.

Responsibilities

  • Provide support to Sr. Director of Environmental Sustainability to shape and execute the long-term strategy for the Supplier Sustainability Program, including future program direction, targets, and strategic priorities.

  • Own the development, maintenance, and governance of the Supplier Sustainability Program Plan, ensuring alignment across workstreams, milestones, dependencies, KPIs, and strategic objectives.

  • Manage program budgets throughout the financial year, providing regular forecasting, monitoring expenditure, and identifying risks, opportunities, or required budget adjustments.
  • Drive delivery of strategic supplier sustainability projects by aligning project plans, deliverables, and resource requirements to ensure successful execution.
  • Act as a thought partner to project leads across the Supplier Sustainability Program, providing program context, facilitating cross-workstream alignment, and supporting the team to navigate complexities, make informed decisions, and deliver against shared objectives.
  • Lead the Enable workstream within Supplier Sustainability Program, providing direction for program management, governance, and system development activities while ensuring alignment.
  • Develop and continuously improve program governance, operating models, and ways of working to support effective delivery, decision-making, and cross-functional collaboration.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including procurement, environmental responsibility, and teams throughout the business to gain input on supplier sustainability initiatives and practices; assess relevance and initiative changes as needed.
  • Oversee the definition and implementation of system and process improvements, by supporting structured reviews, lessons learned, and process optimisation to strengthen program effectiveness and scalability.

Requirements
