About the Role

Play a key role in delivering client outcomes across a diverse portfolio and build your commercial, credit assurance, and deal execution capability within a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

  • Provide quality and timely credit outcomes, including complex financial analysis and credit structuring, to the most complex corporate customers.
  • Structure, analyze, and prepare credit submissions for financing opportunities, managing deal execution through documentation, negotiation, and funding.
  • Perform performance monitoring and annual reviews for existing clients, reporting financial and operational performance to Risk Management.
  • Conduct advanced financial modeling and solve complex financing structures across a broad range of Property transactions.
  • Coach peers on complex transactions and credit capability.
  • Build and maintain effective relationships with business partners, including risk and senior stakeholders, often taking responsibility for end-to-end engagement.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of experience as an Analyst in credit writing (minimum deal size $10m).
  • Ability to quickly grasp complex transactions.
  • Previous 'new to bank' transactional and credit risk experience is ideal.
  • Strong commercial acumen.
  • Well-developed financial analysis and modelling skills.
  • Ability to manage competing priorities.
  • Ability to negotiate high-pressure situations.
  • Ability to engage and clearly communicate with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Strong understanding of cash flow drivers and advanced credit risks.
  • Ability to clearly articulate findings with Risk and senior management both verbally and written.
