About the Role
Provide high-level administrative support by conducting research, managing information requests, and performing clerical functions. Act as an information and communication manager, balancing project coordination, technical problem-solving, and administrative execution based on evolving business needs.
Responsibilities
- Provide support to assigned managers and executives during peak periods, absences, or transitional phases, supporting complex calendar and meeting management, document preparation, communications, and planning.
- Coordinate board meeting logistics, including scheduling, materials preparation, attendee coordination, and day-of execution.
- Support shared mailbox and intake workflows by triaging requests, gathering key details, and ensuring timely completion.
- Review and analyze mail and incoming memos, drafting, editing, and formatting documents, letters, emails, presentations, and reports to determine their significance and plan distribution.
- Book travel, manage itineraries, process expense reimbursements, and understand corporate policies related to travel and entertainment.
- Provide support on ad hoc assignments and specialized administrative projects.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED required.
- 5+ years of experience.
- Experience managing projects, developing workflows, reporting, or digital administrative tools is highly desired.

- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Exceptional customer service, organizational, and time management skills.
- Ability to anticipate needs and take initiative while building trust with executives, team members, and business partners.
- Uphold service standards for operational excellence.

- High attention to detail and quality control with the ability to identify errors, inconsistencies, and gaps in complex or messy data.
- High proficiency with Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint).
- High proficiency with MS Apps (Planner, Forms, Power Automate, & Power BI).
- High proficiency with Team, Zoom, & Adobe.
