About the Role

As a Boutique Office Executive, you will be at the heart of our boutique, ensuring its smooth and efficient operation while upholding the highest standards of compliance.
Responsibilities
- Generate and review daily reports, ensuring discrepancies are followed up and resolved before the end of each month.
- Support the Boutique Management to conduct periodic spot checks of all areas of control and compliance within the Boutique.
- Conduct weekly meetings with Boutique Management to provide a summary of boutique controls, highlighting issues and concerns for escalation.
- Assist the Boutique Management to prepare for any upcoming audit and take necessary action required.
- Support the audit process with sampling review and required documentation.
- Identify areas of improvement and provide recommendations as part of Continuous Improvement.
- Support the Boutique Management in driving internal processes through active communication and reinforcement of the Cartier Boutique Operations Manual (BOM), Richemont Security Manual, Richemont Health & Safety Policies, and any other relevant procedures.
- Ensure full understanding of all procedures and policies applicable to the Boutique and act as the key contact for boutique team queries.
- Review all transactions to ensure full compliance with procedures and follow up with internal stakeholders if necessary.
- Assist the Boutique Management in inputting shifts into Kronos in a timely manner.
- Contribute to ad-hoc network level projects in partnership with Retail Operations.
- Support the Boutique Management in the regular upkeep of the Back of House areas, ensuring space is optimized.
- Support compliance with Security and Health & Safety procedures within the Boutique.
- Manage procurement and expense claims for the Boutique petty cash card, providing a monthly review and submission of all boutique-related procurement expenses.
- Manage procurement of sales supplies, miscellaneous items, vendor creation, and purchase orders, ensuring timely delivery and reasonable quantities.
- Coordinate Boutique Uniforms Orders and stock for new and existing staff.
- Support the organization of daily security and any before/after-hours security details for the boutique.
- Manage the distribution and maintenance of boutique keys, fobs, and any other passes for all boutique staff.
- Daily management of regular contractors, ensuring the boutique's image meets standards and Cartier guidelines are followed.
- Work closely with the SDP team to ensure all boutique maintenance issues are raised and followed through in a timely manner.
- Ensure a list of emergency contacts for contractors is regularly updated and shared with the management team.
