About the Role

This role is responsible for owning Jane Lu's (The Lazy CEO) TikTok presence end-to-end, transforming her daily life, business insights, wins, and failures into engaging, scroll-stopping videos. The ideal candidate is a native TikTok user who understands platform trends and can create high-volume, personality-driven content.

Responsibilities

• Shoot and edit a high, consistent volume of TikTok content, blending fast native edits with brand polish.
• Prioritize personality and storytelling in content creation, using trends to enhance, not replace.
• Identify and leverage trending sounds, formats, and topics before they peak.
• Build and manage the TikTok content calendar, balancing different content strategies.
• Own posting, captions, hashtags, and community engagement, responding in Jane's voice.
• Collaborate with Jane to generate content ideas from her daily activities, pitching unique hooks and formats.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience creating/managing TikTok content, preferably for a founder, creator, or personal brand.
• Native understanding of the TikTok platform, including current trends and emerging sounds.
• Proficient editing skills in CapCut, Premiere Pro, or similar software.
• Ability to effectively communicate with a millennial audience through tone, language, humor, and cultural references.
• Proven track record of turning raw, unscripted material into viral content.
• Ability to quickly adopt and embody Jane Lu's voice and the brand identity of The Lazy CEO.
