About the Role

In this role, you will actively contribute to the advancement of digital solutions within a seven-person team focused on Demand Management and Business Analysis. You will analyze and optimize business processes, evaluate new requirements, and collaborate with the IT Architecture Management team to ensure seamless integration of solutions into the company-wide IT architecture.

Responsibilities

• Support the further development and maintenance of processes in ServiceNow.
• Assist in the development and maintenance of the test concept for quality assurance.
• Contribute to the creation of dashboards and data analyses.
• Participate in the maintenance and improvement of data quality within the EAM team.
• Contribute to the further development of interfaces and EAM initiatives, such as knowledge preparation and optimization of the application landscape.

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in a degree program in Computer Science, Technical Computer Science, or Business Informatics for at least another 16 months.
• Very good German language skills, both written and spoken (minimum C1 level).
• Good English language skills.

Skills

• Knowledge in Enterprise Architecture Management and/or the application SAP LeanIX.
• Practical application of ServiceNow.
• Programming experience.
• Proficient in MS Office applications.
