About the Role

BINGO is seeking a hands-on Data Analyst for the Transformation Team to work with operational, commercial, and financial data. This role focuses on developing reliable datasets, reporting, and insights to support business decision-making through SQL, Power BI, and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Write, troubleshoot, and maintain SQL queries in Snowflake to extract, join, transform, aggregate, and validate data.
• Clean, standardize, and maintain master, transactional, and reporting datasets.
• Develop and maintain reporting datasets, business logic, and Power BI data models.
• Build Power BI reports, dashboards, and DAX measures to provide actionable insights.
• Analyze business performance, identify trends and anomalies, and communicate findings to stakeholders.
• Use Excel to clean, reconcile, model, and analyze data for internal stakeholders.
• Investigate data-quality issues such as duplicates, missing data, and inconsistent values.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into analytical solutions.
• Validate outputs against source data, document definitions, and identify process improvements.

Requirements

• Two or more years of professional experience in a Data Analyst, BI Analyst, or Reporting Analyst role.
• Hands-on experience writing and troubleshooting SQL queries.
• Practical SQL skills including joins, aggregations, CASE expressions, and CTEs.
• Strong Excel skills including pivot tables, XLOOKUP/INDEX/MATCH, SUMIFS, COUNTIFS, and logical formulas.
• Experience using Excel for data cleaning, reconciliation, and analysis.
• Experience developing Power BI reports, data models, and DAX measures.
• Ability to investigate unexpected results and reconcile outputs against source data.
• Strong ownership, attention to detail, and ability to manage competing priorities.
