About the Role
Our Coles Services team manages trolleys, trolley collection, and cleaning services to ensure customer shopping experiences are safe, seamless, and welcoming. You will deliver a vital service, ensuring stores are clean and trolleys are available, inspiring your team with a passion for providing a fast, friendly, and efficient customer experience.
Responsibilities
- Managing all trolleys, trolley collection and cleaning services
- Ensuring stores are clean
- Ensuring trolleys are available for customers
- Inspiring your team with a passion for providing customers with a fantastic shopping experience that is fast, friendly & efficient
- Safely complete tasks such as pushing/pulling floor cleaning equipment and machinery, and pushing trolleys from the car park into the store
- Maintain a focus on safety and compliance for team members and customers
Requirements
- Leadership experience with the ability to coach and develop your team through leading by example
- Ability to be on your feet for long periods of time
- Ability to lift heavy items (up to max 16kg)
