About the Role

Our Cinema Crew Members play a hands-on role in creating smooth, enjoyable experiences for every guest - from the moment they arrive to the moment the credits roll. Life at HOYTS isn’t always like a movie - working here can be physical, loud and fast-paced.

Responsibilities

• Welcoming guests with a friendly, genuine attitude
• Keeping cinemas clean, comfortable, and looking their best
• Supporting operations across ticketing, food & beverage, floor service - including serving HOYTS’ iconic popcorn and choc tops
• Assisting with stock rotation, session checks, and cleaning duties
• Helping bring promotions and special experiences to life

Requirements

• Team members who bring enthusiasm, reliability and a positive attitude
