About the Role
As the Client Success Coordinator within Nine Publishing's Audience and Commercial Growth division, you will play a pivotal role in driving client satisfaction and engagement. Your primary focus is delivering exceptional customer service and post-sale support to corporate clients across market-leading publications.
Responsibilities
- Set up and onboard corporate subscription clients across print and digital platforms, ensuring timely access to publications.
- Manage and renew existing accounts within the Team Licence portfolio while identifying potential upsell opportunities.
- Respond to inbound and outbound customer enquiries with clear, accurate, and timely support over the phone and email.
- Troubleshoot technical and access issues for online subscriptions alongside general client care.
- Deliver ongoing post-sale administration by updating client details, user access, and publication preferences.
- Maintain high data quality in Salesforce and compile reports on customer interactions and satisfaction.
Requirements
- Outstanding communication and customer service skills dedicated to delivering positive client experiences.
- Prior account management or client servicing experience ideally within digital and print media environments.
- Strong commercial focus with a proactive approach to identifying upselling opportunities.
- High attention to detail combined with strong organisational and time-management capabilities.
- Strong computer literacy, including proficiency with MS Office and Google Suite, knowledge of Salesforce highly regarded.
- Proven ability to work collaboratively in a team or autonomously within a dynamic, deadline-driven environment.
- Must already have the right to lawfully work and live in Australia.
