About the Role
This role involves leading and conducting open-source intelligence investigations, delivering analytical conclusions, and providing expert advice to clients. You will collaborate with regional and global teams to ensure effective coordination and produce high-quality intelligence products in a 24/7 operational environment.
Responsibilities
- Lead complex intelligence investigations using a broad range of sources.
- Organize, conduct, and review threat monitoring and assessment deliverables.
- Lead and deliver person of interest assessments to measure threat actor intent and capability.
- Provide tactical insights on threat environments and industry trends to clients.
- Produce high-quality written analysis in a time-sensitive manner.
- Collaborate across regional delivery teams to standardize intelligence output.
- Innovate and provide engaging solutions for stakeholders and identify opportunities for methodology development.
- Hold scoping conversations with clients as a subject matter expert.
- Provide client-ready proposals addressing client needs.
- Support regional threat intelligence leads in team coordination.
- Brief external stakeholders on intelligence product, findings, and mitigation actions.
- Anticipate client security needs and provide engaging solutions.
- Develop an understanding of complementary offerings within Digital Risks.
- Ensure adherence to KPI metrics and use insights for operational and commercial decisions.
- Train and peer review junior team members.
- Adhere to all Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and operational requirements.
Requirements
- Three to five years of experience in a threat intelligence role.
- Primary responsibility for running complex intelligence investigations.
- Deep investigative experience in identifying and analyzing information from open sources, social media, and deep/dark web.
- Track record of facilitating client relationships with intelligence and security subject matter experts.
- Experience conducting business development, including scoping conversations, briefings, and proposal development.
- Demonstrable experience coordinating intelligence product, including collection planning and reviewing peer output.
- Developed understanding of the interaction between threatening online behavior and physical security incidents.
- Strong understanding and practical knowledge of the intelligence cycle, source evaluation, and techniques for ensuring objectivity, actionability, and relevance.
