About the Role
Greencross Client Services is seeking experienced Vet Nurses for remote roles, providing professional advice, triage support, appointment bookings, and exceptional customer care to pet owners across Australia. This role utilizes clinical knowledge in a rewarding capacity, combining patient advocacy, customer service, and veterinary support from home.
Responsibilities
- Provide professional telephone triage and general pet health advice
- Assist clients with appointment bookings and enquiries
- Support Greencross clinics nationwide
- Manage website enquiries and customer service requests
- Assist with Pet Health Reminders and other business initiatives
- Deliver outstanding customer experiences while supporting positive patient outcomes
Requirements
- Holds a Certificate IV in Veterinary Nursing
- Minimum of 4 years' veterinary nursing experience
- Clinically confident and passionate about delivering exceptional customer service
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment and can remain calm under pressure
- Confident making accurate and timely telephone triage decisions
- Experience using RxWorks
- Demonstrates excellent attention to detail
- Can follow detailed processes and procedures
- Works well independently while remaining connected and engaged with a remote team
- Strong communication skills and genuinely enjoys helping pet owners
- Must be available to work the rostered days and hours for the specific position applied for
