About the Role

Provide an enterprise-wide view of performance across Westpac’s funded change portfolio and Delivery Units, ensuring project, program and transformation investments deliver their intended outcomes. Bring together financial, delivery and risk insights to optimize investment decisions and provide data-driven challenge to senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Provide an enterprise-wide view of performance across Westpac’s funded change portfolio and Delivery Units.
• Ensure project, program and transformation investments are delivering the outcomes they were designed to achieve.
• Bring together financial, delivery and risk insights.
• Identify opportunities to optimize investment decisions.
• Provide objective, data-driven challenge to senior stakeholders.
• Help leaders see around corners, understand emerging risks and make better-informed decisions.

Requirements

• Experience gained within a leading consulting environment, with the ability to bring an independent and enterprise-wide perspective.
• Broad business and domain expertise, with experience spanning multiple portfolios, delivery units or business functions and an ability to connect the dots across complex organisations.
• Strong financial, delivery and commercial acumen, with experience assessing performance across complex project, program or transformation portfolios, including benefits realisation, funding alignment and value delivery.
• Exceptional analytical capability, comfortable working at both the portfolio and detailed level, using data to identify trends, risks, dependencies and opportunities to improve outcomes.
• Executive presence and influencing skills, with the confidence to provide constructive challenge, shape investment decisions and deliver clear, decision-ready insights to senior leaders.
